This site was built in 1999 and is one of the first Insurance directories of its kind. It generates revenue on a subscription revenue model where Insurance agents pay an annual fee to be listed on the site and promote their services. This is an extremely stable model and business as agents renew their subscriptions annually because of the volume of leads they receive from the site. There are all sorts of insurance agents on the site, from home insurance to car insurance to health insurance. The site is growing year over year generating $62K in profit in 2010 and $71K in profit in 2011 mainly from the subscription income. The site has over 1450 pages (most are PR2 or higher) and is ranked high for key industry search terms. The site currently receives over 500 visitors a day through primarily organic search and direct traffic. The daily lead volume the site generates ranges from 30-100 leads a day!
